The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. I loved having a spacious balcony with direct views of Lake Erie. The multiple pools around the property were great for avoiding the crowd. However, it was odd that there wasn’t a mini fridge in the room, especially when drinks were so pricey on site. Also, the layout could use some work. it felt a bit cramped at times.

Not for the faint-hearted
The view from the room was kind of lovely, like a scene out of a movie. We could see the pool area from our balcony, which had huge vibes, and it made the nightly wind-down a bit special.
Paid through the nose for this experience, and it felt like I was getting ripped off.

The standout was Debbie at the front desk. her friendly demeanor made check-in and our stay more enjoyable. However, the dining options were limited and could use improvement.
